Marie joined the Galletto team in April 2017. She started her career as a restaurant rookie in 2002 working as a server in downtown Modesto at Restaurant 15-O-Five. Eventually she worked her way up to Private Event Coordinator for the contemporary fine dining restaurant where he was responsible for planning corporate events.
She immersed herself into learning everything she could about food and wine while developing a deep appreciation for the art of hospitality. The time Marie spent there was incredibly educational and she credits the very talented individuals she worked with over the years for helping fuel the passion for food, wine and service she has today.
After working there for close to 7 years, she moved on to work as a server and manager at some of Modesto’s best Chef driven restaurants, including Surla’s and Verona Cucina Italiana. With a decade of fine dining experience, she was given the opportunity to manage Ernie’s Food and Spirits in Manteca where she spent the last 5 years. Ready for a change, Marie left Ernie’s to join the management team at the premier Downtown Modesto eatery, Galletto Ristorante.
She looks forward to working with the downtown clientele again and bringing her expertise for fine dining hospitality to the staff at Galletto
